TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PlanetAnita.com offers a 50% partnership with webmasters. As a webmaster, you will receive 50% Net of each full first month membership sign up you refer. (Net is defined as the amount minus transaction and processing fees.)
The following Terms and Conditions must be agreed to in order to participate in PlanetAnita.com Partnership Program. PlanetAnita.com (and all domains directly pointing to PlanetAnita.com) is owned and operated by Jonathan Scott Photography, Inc. All Terms and Conditions must be abided by and are legally binding.
You must be 18 years of age or older and of legal age to view sexually explicit material as determined by the local and national laws of the region in which you reside.
PlanetAnita.com will not be held responsible for any loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with hosting equipment or technical errors.
 

Prohibited Activities:
You are prohibited from sending any traffic to PlanetAnita.com from any website with pages/content which violates any laws of the jurisdiction in which you or PlanetAnita.com is located. You are prohibited from sending any traffic through a source which contains or promotes the following in any way: child pornography, bestiality, rape, torture, illegal or unethical content, warez, password selling or trading, spamming (through email, newsgroup or IRC); any intellectual property, copyright or trademark infringement, infringement of any personal or rights of privacy including but not limited to the use of a person or company’s name without their consent.
PlanetAnita.com may not be opened or loaded in a frame. If your site uses frames, all links to PlanetAnita.com must open only in its own domain window and frameset. All surfers sent to our site must be in a regular, unaltered, full sized window with toolbars, location and scrollbars.

Use of Content:
PlanetAnita.com retains all ownership and copyright of all artwork and content provided including and not limited to banners, HTML pages and code, and all graphics and images included therein.
PlanetAnita.com will provide a selection of banner ads and links for use in the PlanetAnita.com Partner Program. During your participation in this program and while in agreement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions PlanetAnita.com grants you the right to use of the banners, graphics and links provided by PlanetAnita.com, solely to send traffic to PlanetAnita.com and not for any use other than that which is officially authorized by PlanetAnita.com – including and not limited to distribution of any kind, and linking to any site other than those belonging to PlanetAnita.com.
Free content will also be provided for you during your participation in the Partner Program. Webmaster understands that PlanetAnita.com continues to be the sole and legal copyright holder of all images provided through the Partner Program.
Do not use or “borrow” content from any source even if you believe it to be public domain. PlanetAnita.com is the sole determiner of what content is available for use in this program. Use of images or content acquired from any source other than what is determined by PlanetAnita.com is in violation of these Terms and Conditions and in infringement of Jonathan Scott Photography, Inc. copyright. Copyright infringement of any kind will result in termination of this agreement and possible legal action.
You may resize the images provided. You must agree not to crop or alter any images. You may not alter any file names. You may not alter or delete the copyright “stamp” on any or all PlanetAnita.com graphics, images and files.
Upon violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or termination from the program, you must remove all banners, links or other references to PlanetAnita.com or Anita Dark from your website.

Zero Tolerance Policy:
PlanetAnita.com reserves the right to terminate or amend this program at any time without prior notification. In such cases of program termination, you will be notified immediately and paid all accrued funds.
PlanetAnita.com reserves the right to terminate or deny any prospective webmaster admittance into our program for any reason, including but not limited to the content of their website. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid all accrued funds.
In such cases that you are found to be in violation of this or any other stated agreement PlanetAnita.com is released from any obligations including any payment of accrued funds. PlanetAnita.com is the sole determiner of any violations.
You acknowledge that you have read, accept, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Ignorance of these Terms and Conditions is not an excuse for any type of violation.
